Fee & Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable

Once paid, course fees are not refunded. This includes changing your mind, withdrawing before or after the batch begins, or stopping partway through. We say this up front so there are no surprises later.

In exceptional circumstances — a serious illness, a family emergency, a relocation — we may, at our discretion, consider a partial refund for classes not yet attended. This is decided case by case and is not an entitlement; please write to us and explain the situation.

All fees are GST inclusive. Instalment options are available — speak to admissions before enrolling.

If you fall behind, we help you catch up

We understand that work, exams and life get in the way. If you miss sessions or cannot keep pace with your batch, we provide backup classes so you can catch up and complete the course. There is no extra charge for this.

Tell us early. The sooner we know, the easier it is to get you back on track.

Why no refunds

Batches are small — four to eight students — so a place held for you is a place not available to someone else, and materials and trainer time are committed from day one. The trade-off is that we invest in helping every student finish rather than in processing withdrawals.

Before you pay

Sit in on a free trial class first. It is a real, scheduled session, online or at the centre, and it costs nothing. Deciding after seeing the teaching is the best protection against regret. Questions: enquiry@edigitalmarketers.in or 18008890254.
